*Ultra-luxury leather used

Each Dulles bag is carefully handmade, with the individuality of the leather giving it character.

The leather used is 2 to 3 mm thicker than other bags so that the bag will not lose its shape even if you put a lot of things inside. The materials are two types of leather: "bridle leather (leather made for horse tack)" from Thomas Ware in the UK, and "steerhide" from North America, which is tanned and coated with wax to give it a waxy finish.

All of these leathers are water-repellent and durable, and have a natural texture such as blood vessels and wrinkles. The longer you use them, the more the color and luster of the leather will change, giving them a unique character.

The interior is made of split leather. It is durable and does not easily lose its shape, so you can use it for a long time. Repairing and continuing to use the same bag over and over again is exactly related to SDG number 12, "Responsible Consumption and Production." However, since each bag is carefully handmade, it takes time to complete, so we appreciate your understanding.

What is a Dulles bag?

The Dulles bag is a bag with a large opening like a clasp, large capacity and the ability to hold a lot of documents. It was named after the briefcase-style bag that US Secretary of State Dulles brought with him when he visited Japan in 1951, which attracted attention. In Europe and the US, it is called a "doctor's bag" because it is often used by doctors, and is now known as a high-class business bag made entirely of leather with a luxurious texture.

*Due to the nature of high-quality natural leather, the color may appear different on the screen than in real life due to uneven coloring or scratches, but please understand that this is one of the characteristics of leather tanned with vegetable tannins.
