Just as the characters 革 (leather) + 包 (wrap) combine to form 鞄 (kaban, bag),
TAIZAN proposes a new character, 革器 (KAKKI), formed by 革 (leather) + 器 (vessel).

This ultimate sustainable leatherware is born from cherishing respect for the material itself and fully utilizing the life of cowhide.

Another charm of leatherware is its characteristic of being "overwhelmingly difficult to break" compared to ceramics. However, even if cracks or breaks occur, it is possible to beautifully restore them by incorporating the philosophy of "kintsugi" (gold joinery) and "yobitsugi" (calling joinery), traditional Japanese repair techniques.

・General dish soap can be used.

・Wash gently with a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly under running water.

・Do not use a dishwasher. Wipe off moisture with a cloth or towel and air dry.

・Do not use abrasive detergents or bleach.
