The TAIZAN pure silver (SV999) series inherits the "shiroganeshi" (silversmith) technique passed down since the late Edo period and skillfully incorporates traditional craft techniques.During the Edo period, craftsmen who made silver products were called "shiroganeshi." They produced silver kettles, kiseru (smoking pipes), and tea ceremony utensils at the request of daimyo families, supporting Japanese culture and aesthetics.
Recently, silver has been re-evaluated globally due to the soaring price of gold. Pure silver (Silver 999 / SV999) is silver with a purity of 99.9% or more, and compared to alloys (such as Silver 925), it is a material that maximizes the inherent characteristics of silver. Since it contains almost no dissimilar metals such as nickel or copper, it has the characteristic of being less likely to cause metal allergies.
