While bonsai possess a beauty cultivated over many years, once they die, their value is lost, and even precious bonsai are disposed of unnoticed.
We collect dead bonsai from all over the country and apply special preservation treatment to create new value as "bonsai art that never dies."

● Handling Instructions
No watering or maintenance required. Please display indoors.
Avoid high temperature and humidity, as this may cause quality deterioration or mold.
As this is a delicate piece created using natural plants, small leaves or flowers may fall off due to aging or external factors.
You may notice a unique scent of preserved plants upon opening; however, this scent will naturally dissipate after a few days to a week if stored in a well-ventilated indoor space.
● Returns and Compensation
In the unlikely event that damage is found upon delivery, please contact us within 5 days. We will repair or replace the item.
Due to the nature of the product, returns are generally not accepted.
*Changes resulting from the storage environment after opening are not covered by compensation.
*Although we take the utmost care in packaging, a small number of leaves or petals may fall off during delivery.
