While bonsai possess a beauty cultivated over many years, once they wither, their value is lost, and even precious bonsai are discreetly discarded.By collecting withered bonsai from all over the country and applying special preservation treatments, we create new value as "wabisabi bonsai art" that never withers.

● Handling Instructions
No watering or maintenance is required. Please display indoors.
Avoid high temperature and humidity to prevent deterioration and mold.
As this is a delicate work using natural plants, small leaves or flowers may fall off due to aging or external factors.
You may notice a unique scent characteristic of preserved plants upon opening, but the scent will naturally subside after being kept in a well-ventilated indoor space for a few days to a week.

● Returns and Warranty
In the unlikely event of damage upon delivery, please contact us within 5 days. We will arrange for repair or replacement.
Due to the nature of the artwork, returns are generally not accepted.
*Changes caused by storage conditions after opening are not covered by the warranty.
*While the utmost care is taken in packaging, a small number of leaves or petals may fall off during shipping.
